My grandfather Douglas Prickett was a photographer, artist and writer. This blog is a memorial to him and his creativity which has come to inspire me, my brother and our father. Before he died in 2001, he wrote several letters that served as his memoirs that he called "Musings of an octogenarian". He mailed those letters to me and my brother over the course of a few years. This blog contains those memoirs as well as his photography and some of his drawings. I hope you find it inspiring as well.
